It sounds like your system may be struggling to decode the video in real time. It is a 4K @ 60 fps video after all, similar to some of Heidy Pino's videos.Originally Posted by Sandraismygoddess7
I've re-encoded the video to 1080p using FFmpeg, which should be much easier to play on older or less powerful systems. For anyone experiencing similar playback issues, I'd recommend downloading this version instead:

For the person having problems playing the video. Another option to try is disabling hardware acceleration. Or convert the video to h.265 instead of down scalling to 1080p. You will keep the 4k res with both methods. While converting to H.265 will dramatically decrease file size as well. I have stuttering issues with 4k @ 60 fps, H.264 videos as well. But they always play fine when disabling hardware acceleration or converting to h.265.
