I can't seem to register a new account at vipr.im. Is it invite only or something ?

No, it should be possible to sign up, must be something wrong at their end.

That said, it's probably a blessing in disguise if you don't want your uploaded files to disappear at random... unless your sights are firmly set on using vipr, I'd recommend TurboImageHost or imx.to, otherwise you can try emailing [email protected] to let them know.

Has anyone been able to sign up on vipr.im in the last 3 months? I checked every week.. there is nothing on their sign-up page.. empty.

Do I need to sign up at imagetwist & then use the login creds in vipr.im? Is that how it works?

I get the same thing on at least half of my uploads. I use ImageTwist on another forum, and get the same thing (VIPR is just Imagetwist with another name).

ImageTwist is going though maintenance right now. As others have stated, Vipr and ImageTwist are the same.

VIPR seems to work, subdomains that contains the pictures/thumbs seems to not work yet (at least subdomain i6 that i tested isn't working)

I'll just note that vipr.im has said "Scheduled server maintenance at 11:00 AM CEST Today.Uploading will be disabled at that time." for more than 5 years.

Some vipr galleries are up again. Just downloaded 4 sets (without realizing at first they were from vipr) with vripper 6.10.0. Others are still down. So I take it that they'll gradually restore.

Yeah. It's been like that since yesterday. The galleries here at VG are back, plus you can download. But uploading is still not possible.
